The financing will support the company’s expansion in key markets, digital transformation and further development of its partner operations.

ABRIS Distribution Kazakhstan has signed an agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for financing of up to US$ 11 million.
The financing will support the company’s working-capital needs, expansion in its key markets and continued digital transformation. It will also allow ABRIS Distribution to invest further in technology equipment and improve vendor financing arrangements.
These investments will help the company strengthen its operations as the business grows, respond more effectively to new market opportunities and provide greater support for joint projects with vendors and partners across the region.
“Our priority is to create practical opportunities for our partners to grow. This agreement will strengthen our ability to support joint projects, improve vendor financing arrangements and respond more effectively to new business opportunities across the region. It will also help us continue modernising our internal processes and expanding in key markets. We value the EBRD’s confidence in our business and see this cooperation as the beginning of a long-term partnership,” said Stanislav Sim, CEO of ABRIS Distribution.
The agreement supports ABRIS Distribution’s broader plans to strengthen its regional operations and develop the services and processes on which its partners rely. More efficient internal systems and improved financing arrangements will give the company greater capacity to support new projects and business development across its markets.
ABRIS Distribution thanks the EBRD team and everyone involved in preparing and completing the agreement.
